In order to appreciate the last three weeks of 2018, I’m using the month of December to start reflecting on what I’ve accomplished throughout the year, as well as start thinking about how I can make 2019 even better. I am setting goals for this month that will help me be my best version in both mind and body not just now but in the new year!

I am currently reading : You are a badass – How to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life. This is a how-to guide that helps you remove any self sabotaging beliefs you may have about yourself and create a life you love. These are the vibes I’m taking into 2019 so i love reading 20 pages of this everyday!
The best things i have taken away from this book so far are :

Why is it so powerful to write down your goals ? It is because you send your consciousness a signal that says :
I want this, and I mean it 100 %
Just the act of writing down your dreams and goals inspires an entirely new dimension of ideas and productivity to the powerhouse that is your subconscious mind. I have not missed even one day since the 1st December and I can say it feels really amazing. Not only is it a daily reminder to me to stay on track but it also inspires me to continue to dream big.
