Why I love being Vegan
I have been vegan for over four years and the lifestyle change has been incredible for my skin, my health and fitness and my overall energy levels and how I feel. I suffered with acne for over ten years and a vegan diet helped heal my skin permanently.
My love for animals also helped me transition from being a vegetarian to a vegan. When I learnt the truth about the dairy and egg industries, it was so easy for me to make the connection and it felt completely natural to eat plant based foods. Nature is the source of my food and it’s been AMAZING! Now I fill my plate with colourful veggies and fruits, and drink lots of fresh juices.
